Textbook Groups
important Only District Textbook Managers can create groups. District textbook managers can assign any combination of groups and individual titles to a class. However, before a district textbook manager can create a group, classes must be set up in Textbook Manager. |
You have OR and AND capabilities to assign multiple textbooks to a class and only require that students receive one of the textbooks to meet the class needs.
You can also assign a class a group of textbooks, of which students only need one. Assigning textbooks to a class as a group gives you a choice of the textbooks while still fulfilling the Textbook Checkout Summary (Williams Case) report.
example A group provides the choice of Title A OR Title B OR Title C; or the choice between Title A (hardbound book) or Title A (eTextbook). |
