Require explanation when issuing refunds

Select this checkbox to require your circulation staff to enter a reason when refunding a fine credit.

Destiny retains the explanation and includes it in the patron's Fine History.

In Fines or Patron Status, to view the explanation, select View History > Details next to the fine.
