Lexile

Select a Lexile Code from the drop-down, and enter the Lexile Measure in the field for this title.

The Lexile information appears in the Additional Info section of the Title Details page.

To let patrons limit their searches by Lexile range or code, or both, in Destiny Discover and DestinyBack Office > Catalog > Library Search, add Lexile information to your records. Then, select the Support Lexile Measure Searches checkbox at Admin > Site Configuration > Catalog sub-tab.

Destiny creates a new 521 tag in the MARC record and enters this information in subfield _a. It also enters "Lexile" in subfield _b, "8" in the first indicator position, and leaves the second indicator position blank.

You can print Reading Program Labels from Reports > Library Reports in the Labels section.
